We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
Payment details are always encrypted. Other information you send us may pass over different networks.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell or reuse any part of our website, photos, designs or content without our written permission.
3. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate, but we can't guarantee that product descriptions, prices or other content are always complete, error-free or current. We may update content at any time without notice.
4. Prices and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Delivery within India is free. Prices may change without notice, and we may change, discontinue or limit any product at any time.
5. Our products
Our pieces are handmade in small quantities and may vary slightly in texture, size or colour because of the natural materials used. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
We try to show colours and details accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.
Returns are covered by our Refund policy, and delivery by our Shipping policy.
6. Orders and payment
All orders are prepaid through our secure checkout, powered by Razorpay. We don't offer cash on delivery.
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if payment details are inaccurate, an item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. You agree to give accurate and complete information for every order.
7. Custom work
Custom pieces are discussed and agreed with us directly on WhatsApp before they're made. Because they're made to your request, custom pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged.
8. Third-party tools and links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, such as payment, delivery and messaging providers. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Please read their own terms and policies.
9. Feedback and submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you. You're responsible for anything you send us, and it must not be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Errors and omissions
Our website may occasionally contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in prices or availability. We may correct them, and cancel affected orders with a full refund, at any time.

These Terms apply until ended by you or us. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms.
17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies, are the entire agreement between you and Ironmonger.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
19. Offers and discount codes
Discount codes can be used once per order and may not apply to items already on sale. Set prices are already discounted. We may change or end any offer at any time.
