Where we ship

We ship across India from our workshop in Kochi, Kerala. We don't ship outside India at the moment.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. There are no extra charges at checkout.

Processing time

Every piece is handmade, checked and packed with care. Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods it can take a little longer, and we'll let you know if that happens.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email and WhatsApp.

Payment

All orders are prepaid through our secure checkout, powered by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We don't offer cash on delivery.

Delays

We work with trusted courier partners, but we can't be responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions. If your order is taking longer than expected, message us and we'll chase it for you.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund policy. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
